These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of www.l-heritage.com, including its webpages, articles, publications, downloadable materials, enquiry forms, digital tools, client areas and related online services collectively referred to as the “Website.”
The Website is operated by L’ Heritage Co., Ltd., a company incorporated in Thailand, referred to in these Terms as “L’ Heritage,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
L’Heritage is a Thailand-rooted multi-family office providing integrated advisory solutions to private families, family offices, professional intermediaries and international investors. Its areas of focus include wealth structuring, family governance, succession planning, global residency, investment coordination and private client services.
By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Use. Please discontinue use of the Website if you do not agree with them.
1. Purpose of the Website
The Website provides general information about L’Heritage, our areas of expertise, our services and matters that may be relevant to private clients, families, investors and professional advisers.
The Website is intended to support initial understanding and enquiries. It does not provide advice tailored to any person’s circumstances and does not create a professional advisory relationship.
2. No Professional Advice
All information published on the Website is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing on the Website constitutes, or should be relied upon as:

Any advisory engagement with L’Heritage is subject to a separate written agreement and may require an initial assessment, conflict check, client acceptance procedures, identity verification, source-of-funds review, know-your-client checks and other compliance requirements.
Government agencies, financial institutions, programe operators, developers and other third parties retain sole discretion over their own decisions, approvals, requirements and timelines.
4. Accuracy and Currency of Information
We take reasonable care in preparing information published on the Website. However, laws, regulations, tax rules, government programes, market conditions, fees, eligibility criteria and administrative practices may change without notice.
We do not warrant that information on the Website is complete, accurate, current, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.

6. Enquiries and Communications
Submitting an enquiry, booking request, questionnaire, document or message through the Website does not:
- establish an adviser-client, fiduciary or professional relationship;
- constitute formal instructions to L’Heritage;
- require L’Heritage to accept an engagement;
- create confidentiality obligations equivalent to those arising under a signed engagement agreement; or
- guarantee that we will respond within a particular period.
Please do not transmit highly sensitive information through a general Website enquiry form unless specifically requested through an authorises secure channel.
Electronic communications may be delayed, intercepted, corrupted, incomplete or otherwise insecure. You are responsible for confirming that any time-sensitive communication has been received.

The L’Heritage Wealth Portal may include estate visualization, asset and liability records, ownership structures, reporting and scenario-analysis functions. Such outputs remain dependent on the data entered or supplied and should not be treated as independently verified professional advice.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all rights in the Website and its content belong to L’Heritage or its licensors.
Protected materials may include:
- the L’Heritage name, logo and brand identity;
- text, articles and publications;
- graphics, photographs, videos and illustrations;
- methodologies, frameworks and diagrams;
- reports, presentations and downloadable materials;
- Website design, layout and software; and
- databases, portal structures and digital tools.
You may view and download reasonable extracts for your own private, non-commercial and informational use, provided that you do not alter the material and retain all copyright and proprietary notices.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, modify, translate, publicly display or commercially exploit Website content without our prior written consent.

Programe features, benefits, prices, fees, availability and conditions may be amended, suspended or withdrawn without notice by the relevant provider or authority.
L’Heritage is not responsible for changes made by government agencies, programe operators, financial institutions or other independent third parties.

Testimonials, hypothetical scenarios, sample structures, case studies and examples are provided for illustration only.
They do not represent a promise or guarantee that similar results will be achieved. Outcomes depend on each client’s circumstances, professional advice, regulatory requirements, market conditions and decisions made by independent third parties.
12. Privacy and Cookies
Our collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Notice and, where applicable, our Cookie Policy.
Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act has been fully effective since 1 June 2022, and the Personal Data Protection Committee provides the principal official regulatory framework and guidance.
By using the Website, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed as described in the applicable Privacy Notice. Where consent is legally required for non-essential cookies or a particular processing activity, we will request it separately.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify L’Heritage against reasonable losses, liabilities, claims and expenses arising from:

These Terms and any dispute or non-contractual obligation arising from or connected with the Website are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
Subject to any mandatory legal rights or agreed dispute-resolution procedure, the courts of Thailand shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or connected with these Terms or the Website.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
