L’Heritage and Navarang Asset Announce Property and Residency Advisory Collaboration

Bangkok
July 3, 2026
L’Heritage and Navarang Asset have signed an MOU to provide an integrated service combining residential property selection, visa consultation and long-term residency planning in Thailand.

L’Heritage has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Navarang Asset to develop a coordinated one-stop service for international clients seeking to combine residential property ownership with long-term residency planning in Thailand.

The collaboration brings together Navarang Asset’s residential property expertise and L’Heritage’s experience in international residency advisory, investment coordination and private client services. The objective is to provide overseas buyers with a more structured and seamless journey—from selecting a suitable residence to assessing the appropriate visa and long-term living arrangements.

A More Coordinated Journey for International Buyers

For international investors, purchasing property in Thailand often involves more than identifying the right development.

Clients may also need to consider ownership structures, financial transfers, documentation requirements, residency eligibility and their broader plans for living or investing in Thailand.

Through this collaboration, clients will be supported across key stages of the process, including:

  • Residential property selection
  • Property purchase coordination
  • Initial visa and residency consultation
  • Long-term residency planning
  • Coordination of related documentation and professional services

By bringing these areas together, the partnership aims to reduce fragmentation and provide clients with greater clarity throughout the decision-making and implementation process.

Na Reva Charoennakhon as the First Collaborative Project

Na Reva Charoennakhon will be the first residential development introduced under the collaboration.

The project reflects a shared commitment to creating a considered experience for international buyers who are not simply acquiring a property, but establishing a longer-term presence in Thailand.

Located within Bangkok’s Charoennakhon area, the project offers an opportunity for overseas buyers to consider property ownership as part of a broader lifestyle, investment and residency strategy.

Supporting Thailand as a Long-Term Destination

Thailand continues to attract international investors, globally mobile families, retirees and professionals seeking a second residence or a longer-term base in Asia.

However, the decision to establish a presence in Thailand requires careful coordination across property, immigration, financial and lifestyle considerations.

The collaboration between L’Heritage and Navarang Asset is designed to support this process through a more integrated advisory model—helping clients understand how their property decisions may align with their residency objectives and long-term plans.

A Shared Commitment to High-Touch Execution

Both organisations share a commitment to providing international clients with a professional, transparent and carefully coordinated experience.

For L’Heritage, the collaboration reflects its broader approach to supporting internationally connected individuals and families through structured residency planning, investment advisory and private client coordination in Thailand.

For Navarang Asset, the partnership strengthens its ability to serve overseas buyers beyond the property transaction by connecting them with relevant residency and relocation expertise.

Together, the two organisations aim to make the process of investing, residing and building a life in Thailand more coherent, informed and confidently managed.
